As a second wife, as gabana made her believe, mpaka gabana was in process of buying/building her a home, she was free to co mmunicate and bond with the other members of her new and larger family.

“The godfather hatched the plan,” said Mr Kinoti. “He is the key person who procured the offence and has a direct link to the agent, who is already in our custody.” He revealed that the agent was well connected to the hitmen who executed the actual kidnapping and murder of the student.
“The ring is thickening,” said Mr Kinoti. “The probe is bringing in more and more suspects as the days go by. Even those involved in the remotest way possible are as guilty as the person who actually stabbed Ms Otieno to death.”

He knew the girl, the reporter, his right hand man was with the girl when she was murdered, his other aide owned the car used to kidnap the girl... At the very least, he is the main suspect.

How to prove that in court 'beyond reasonable doubt'. Thats where the issue is. Court process ni ngumu. Unless there are phone comms linking him to the planning. I haven't even seen anything showing threats to the babe by the gafana.
