ARM is under administration and it's about liquidity.

Sadly, other firms that gobble taxpayer funds keep on getting bailouts eg
KQ - KES 100,000,000,000+ down the crapper
Uchumi
Mumias
EAPCC - Positive equity but it has a liquidity problem
