For 10m I will need to charge 50K rent. 10m is two apartments huko Eastleigh and I get 70k rent...maoni tu!!

I think not every purchase should be classified as investment, some do not pay back as such but they they offer the convenience like accommodation while the owner is investing in other locations or sectors that can pay back. Problems can be very complicated, solutions cannot be.
