I'm a KCB investor waiting in the wings...

1.KCB has expanded across EA and i think in 2-3 years time the epansion will pay off...

2.KCB is the largest bank in EA by assets...

3.GOK wont take up ots rights...hence reducing its influence in the running of KCB...

4.A strategic investor is on the horizon...probably an SA bank want to expand in EA theres no other better placed bank than KCB..

5.KCB is cheap...

so i'm waiting for any BOGOFFS!!!!smile smile smile

S.Africa Bank or Nigerian Bank or Chinese Bank (like they did in Stanbic)...

BUT... that does not benefit you as a current shareholder...

you are looking short term...when Rwanda,SS,UG and TZ break even....we will never see KCB at 21 again...this is an opportunity of a lifetime...August i go in...i see value here...call me crazy but KCB come 2012smile smile smile

In the long-term as Keynes said, we are all dead.

Don't forget KCB has been in TZ since 1920s but has not yet been profitable. Ditto Juba et al.

I still think the rise of Equity to the top (in all aspects) in like 5 years is unstoppable. Its current rate of growth is phenomenal and its massive expansion is paying off.
How come its takes KCB 3 times the time to realise the benefits of its expansion?
