If an A380 were to land... it would probably sink into the one runway we have!

They build/extend the terminal buildings for A380s... I think only S.Africa in Africa has the capacity for A380s...

hehehehe...i thought maybe JKIA was suppose to be extended to accomodate A380's...there was this story in the papers about some Arab country being given a lease for 99 years....i'm not sure though...

KQ at 48...the perilous slip has began....expect low 40's by October...then a small rally, fools rush in...then the great slip...."investors" dreams shattered to smithereens!!!!

NB:This are personal opinions and angry emotional investors need not reply he he he
The utimate goal of investing is to buy low sell high;if we re-write this core equation in psychology terms it becomes buy fear sell greed.

All the more reason to find & slowly choma the guys who set off the bomb at Uhuru Park...

It's all about confidence in Kenya... bombs in Nairobi hurt the perception... We are already known as Nairobbery...

This drop is not funny. At times like these I just watch the price but will not take any action. May the 1st half bring something nice, else we are doomed.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

LOL... Well, like anything else... there are ups & downs!

The FINANCIAL performance was POOR... I am going to be at the AGM... The Board needs a wake-up call to be more like Emirates... Also GoK needs to wake up & help KQ grow... not subsidies but expand JKIA...

As for passenger numbers, there was a decent jump over last year... That will continue (despite the Ash problem) coz most flights within Africa.

The WC is helping coz more flights + passengers on NBO-JNB route (plus associated flights to/from Nairobi)...

Nevertheless, I am disappointed in the FINANCIAL performance...
