For the last two days, newspaper readers in Migori County have not laid their hands on the local dailies. The residents said that unknown people have been buying all the newspapers by 6 am.

On Saturday morning, a spot check by the Nation in the streets of Migori town revealed that all the leading local dailies were not on the streets.

The situation was similar in Rongo, Awendo, Isebania and Kehancha.

"Three people come around and order all the newspapers. They pay for all of them and even give us tips. Given that all we need is to sell the papers we have no option," said Fred Omondi, a newspaper vendor.

Those tactics worked in the past . They will have disable the Internet and radio/Tv transmitters to restrict information access in 21st century.

With all this shenanigans,I insist it is we the people to take action. We need to stone this guy to death. We need to burn his homes and worldly possessions. He needs to pay in the most painful manner.No!!!!Unbelievable.....He sent people to kill a 7 months baby still in the mums womb.Nobody does that.He must pay for it.

My prediction: judiciary and media will push this case hard but not with justice in mind. This will end up being one huge extortion scheme. Everybody knows the governor is cornered on this one. He will have to borrow a leaf from Kidero's book and part with a few hundred million paid to the prosecution, judge, witnesses and media investigators to make this go away.

I feel so bad.Imagine how the baby in the tummy suffocated to death after the mother died. How inhuman can people get.

I think Migori residents should run this guy out of town.Burn his house and anything associated with him.Even that PA should not be spared. We the people should make life unbearable for both.Even in Nairobi if he has a home it should be ashes by now.

That may be the only lesson our rogue Govorners will understand.

RIP Sharon and baby.

Liar Liar Liar
Those Migori Women who used to breathe fire and throw their red pants in air behind Raila against Uhuru cannot even directly mention the culprit name.
Again baba is too quiet on this stupid killing. Whyyyyyy? Because he also visits Zanzibar??
