It was on KTN but listening to the noon bulletin, it did not come out clearly whether or not it was or is actually a bomb. Sounded like the cops were still investigating.

Sorry guys, was busy. Police have allayed fears that it was a bomb, bt rather a comms device belonging to a certain security firm.
