Kenya has no Welders.

Now that's the problem. Not Geneva. Those policy makers came up with that idiotic idea of converting polytechnics to universities to satisfy the obsession of being a degree holder.

They say they have the first international welding certification in Kenya

I have been waiting for a comment from our own (wazua) resident welder in vain. It seems he has either deliberately kept off or he has not heard about this discussion.
I had thought to my self that at last there is some professionalism in this sector apart from what we experience out there in juakali.
Amsheni yeye aseme kitu. We need his input.
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

I saw a pipeline being put hapo northern bypass and was amazed by what they were doing. Something like this. Have never seen such a huge pipe. That would need a skilled welder.
