These days no one can be trusted, even close family.

Evans Masaku Kasyoki fraudulently filled in life Insurance forms worth 9M for his 27 yr old nephew with Jubilee Ins and AIG. Then it is alleged that he killed the nephew for the money. The DPP has ordered for investigation.



Sometime ago we had an argument here about the importance of keeping your ID private Too bad this case resulted to death

Insurable interest doesn't apply in such cases? Why allow someone to take a policy for someone who isn't a dependant?

If that money was paid out, then the insurance companies must have very poor systems, but a very very sad story.

The dude has been working in the insurance industry so he knew all the loopholes. I think he must have kulad something when he bit his lip and cheek, the insuarance must have paid for his treatment. The second time he was going for the kill.

The guy hasn't been paid. Heard he was telling the Insurance companies he needs the money urgently because he is going for further studies.
