Generally Deputy Governors are not directly involved in running of counties so they eat either through proxy or mabaki. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

I really love this DPP. Follow the money, follow the paper trail, hard evidence in court.

We at time are so naive, we have been here before, big guys being arrested on allegations of corruption and big building being demolished, lakini lets hope this time its for real, wheelbarrows anyone, ama its just some
