The only reason that Her Excellency is well ahead of the curve is her brilliance when it comes to Bureaucracy and management. It means that Her Excellency must really perform. Otherwise come 2022, she will be kicked out shades of Kidero/Sonko. In Kirinyaga, we live in interesting times. In June, the parliamentary committee on environment and natural resources was alarmed by the extent of encroachment when it toured waterways.
It identified Limuru Road, Lang’ata Road, Arboretum Road, Spring Valley, Globe Cinema Round-About, Riverside Drive, Westlands, Parklands, Fuata Nyayo estate in South B, Village market, Gem Suites in Riverside and Alina Villas in Spring Valley as among the areas with developments sitting on river banks.

The greed in this country has caused death and suffering for many Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

Brookside Drive in Westlands was a swamp on the right hand side between Lower Kabete Road, now there is a singh temple and multiple apartments/townhouses. A river flows below and floods the road every rainy season. All have had large X sprayed on the walls umpteen times. Will they go? Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
