@livie can't remember the building but a couple of high rises next to that Nakumatt in Parklands; some legwork...

Or alternatively, that building where the old Westlands supermarket used to be behind the busstage; but you have to walk up the parking entrances all the way to the back. More legwork... (hope it helps)

The problem with wazua (cf SK) is that I keep forgetting to check replies to posts that I make outside the "Investor" forum.

Any way; thanks muganda. I was actually directed to Vedic house by Lloyd Masika - they manage it. I will go there on Monday.

It took me a very long time to find it from March 2010

After walking up and down the city's buildings for two months, I finally enlisted the services of an agent, paid him 1k retainer to run around, and agreed to give another 4k upon finding a suitable office...

...and run around he did....nearly 2 offices to view daily...

finally he showed me one in the building where I am...

by the time I took my wife there to give me a second opinion, the place had been taken by another person!

....but the caretaker said there was another room that was expected to fall vacant soon...

3 weeks later he called me for it....

I have heard about the place located off kodhek raod, Hurlingham.They provide Ksh 100sf. they provide services like:- security,generator,Electricity, Garbage collection etc.So, you can try in this place.

I am also interested in an office along Ngong Rd. ideally around Uchumi hyper I wouldnt mind subletting around March next year.Any quotations for how much a small office would cost around this area will be welcome.
