In traditional Gikuyu there's something called 'Ngwiko'. This is a practice that's meant to facilitate the cultivation of sexual energy.

When one digs through mythology and traditional philosophy one finds that this act is linked to qi gong in China, and a yogic practice called 'Sambhavi'.

The effects of this practice are powerful enough, in my opinion, not just to forestall cancers for most people, but at least opens up the possibility of a reasonably enjoyable social life.

Any philanthropists here (or ways how to go about getting sponsors)?

Thing is, smoke causes a myriad of diseases, cancer being amongst them. Our rural folk use firewood to cook. Most use 3-stones which is inefficient and produces the killer smoke.

I have ideas on how we can mitigate this, and if rolled out en-mass, many lives can be enhanced. I'm curious, whom in the National Government would consider this?

Today was listenning to Inooro FM.Being cancer awareness month they have been bringing programmes with survivors to give testimonies.

Today's lady talked about having been to India and the hospital she was in which is a cancer unit over 50% of patients were from Kenya and doctors there are wondering what is happenning in Kenya.

She also talked about wheat products and the gluten therein as a possible link to cancer.Bread in the morning, cookies for 10.00 o clock tea.Chapati for lunch and supper all make for overconsumption of wheat.

Another quoted possible cause is animal protein be each from meat or milk.

And she advised we take a lot of fermented foods.

She is a survivor with 23 years since she was diagonised and treated in 1993.

Janet Ikua was on NTV too looking all hail, bubbly and hearty. She says she is fully healed.

Check out the Indian Chulha. Marry that with Wood vinegar, one of the best organic pesticides there is. Curb the smoke and pesticide menace. I'm in the process of acquiring (or fabricating as an end) a mould. We have improved cook stoves all around, but they seem to be centered only around the Western Nyanza belt.

It's never occurred to mePray Pray .....but i connected this with two cases i know from around my village. Some old folks who raised us back in the days and i am certain they used firewood all their lives. I have also seen news of Mama Oliech's death ( May she rest in peace). One of the pictures doing rounds shows her in the famous fish place and i noted a couple of firewood jikos. She was a known cancer case. How bad is it and are there deliberate steps to tide the use of firewood since it seems our women are cooking for us into their early graves??Pray Pray

Most, if not all, disease, is caused by psycho physiological disturbance.

Smoke is mostly a corelate.

And it(smoke) is more conspicuous because it's part of breath.

We must start by understanding how the human works first before creating treatments and solutions.

When you try to use an instrument or equipment and find it malfunctioning, you try to come with a diagnosis. But that diagnosis is based on the validity of a hypothesis you had about the equipment.

That hypothesis depends on the functional model of the equipment.

But what happens when you have no functional model of the equipment? You blunder about... No?

Now ask yourself, do we have a functional model of the human as an integrated system? Now, I've gone through many books and papers, and most google pages regarding this, and I can say that the answer is, 'no. We don't have such a model in present knowledge systems'. The model is only suggested.

At least, there's a recent Nobel prize that brought the model closer. The Nobel prize for medicine for 2017.

The results of the above work go back to previous research across various disciplines, and the result is a 'game computation model of the atom'.

Now all composite systems follow the game computation model. Ditto humans.

When you look closer, you discover that the organs integrited through the brain, are transceivers and effectors of computations by the integral human system. And the main computational areas are the body plexus.

So the secret of disease and health depends on the robustness of the computational centers. When these computational areas are sub-optimal, then sub-oltimal responses ensue and different kinds of switches are activated, and depending on probabilities and resonances among different vectors diseases ensue.

Hippocrates and the doctors of the ancient vein, emphasized on the need to understand 'semiotics'. Why?

Because different manifestations of disease are semitic expressions working in resonance with the whole system(even cosmic system).

So like in the case of cancer, what is the semiotic expression of a cancer type? What organ is affected?

Now, if the semiotic universe is mapped, then it can be reversed.

All diseases can be treated thus.
