@hardwood, I think all @julie wanted to know is how come your idol has no 'tumbo'.

So if she has two kids then it's probable that the @swenani fitness program can work...

Because many women abandon exercises once they give birth. Simple moves in the confines of your bedroom should work miracles for those flabby tummies (Cooking and sex are not exercisessmile )

Different body types respond differently to exercise, and some tummies are nice and round and beautiful.

1-1. That was amateurish of Kyle to want to clear a 4 feet high ball with his head inside the box. If Southgate does not switch to 4 at the back, they may get punished. The back 3 are looking tired and quite vulnerable.
