Look at those distances. This is crazy, talk about being between a rock and a hard place. Either drill 800 metres or swim.....not swim, dive 5 km in darkness and narrow passages.

A question for Geologists on wazua. When you drill for oil and petroleum is the water or oil in such underground caves? Yaani huku chini kumejaa such caves with water and oil and gas just waiting to be found. Who knows what is 1 or 2km under Nairobi. Pengine there is just a kispace the size of another city huko chini na hatujui.

I think I missed the news on why they got there in the first place? Does anyone know?

A question I've been asking myself.

Maybe now isn't the time to ask.

But it's likely to be some form of ritual.

The 2nd video by Thinker is not the actual Tham Luang cave.
It's was demo meant to show the risks and challenges of navigating through narrow passages by expert divers in a diff part of the world.

So relieved to know that 4 boys are out already!Amen.
Next rescue in few hours time.
I hope Elon Musk shall have arrived with his kid sized subs.
Thai forces also trying to prove everyone wrong.

6 hours to and 5 hours from without the boys.
Now have 1 boy(novice)sandwiched between 2 seals. The one infront carrying the boy's oxygen tank.At the narrow passages they stop remove the tank and squeeze through..
That takes longer than 11 hrs.
It's exhausting to even imagine.

Some spaces are so narrow and the distance huge.....why would armature boys do it even without risk of flooding!!!

Young lads are quite naughty. Also maybe on their way out they found the cave entrance was flooded by incoming water and were forced to move back deeper into the cave to seek for an alternative exit or higher ground.

One person has died in this rescue. They might consider charging the coach who led these boys down into those caves.
I wonder which game he was preparing for this made him to decide to descend into those caves with the youngsters despite all the warnings.
