It is not a private Chinese 'investment' that they have to recoup their cash. It's a government undertaking and the taxpayers will pay for it whichever way. BBI will solve it :)

The findings will be shocking. There's no dignity working under an unskilled labourers. The Chinese engineers are good and less racist, the ones on the bottom of the foodchain are the ones who create all these. BBI will solve it :)
