Guess what @KQ will do...
Mikosz previously worked on Derivatives as an Investment banker.
I do not expect poor decisions to be made.
That guy is just a fat... horny oaf...
Head of Finance and Head of Legal resign...
Might be due to issues stemming from the forensic audit. Who are these two individuals? Were they acting or substantive heads?
This guy is asking very hard questions. He is a seasoned executive and knows Airline business very well.
Ngunze was like a junior finance staff. The level of thinking he exhibited is very low.
Mikosz will take people to task. No shortcut for senior managers.
You remember KQ have lost a lot of legal cases in respect to staff and hence the legal guy who resigned or was asked to go might have overseen omissions.
The Head of finance - same predicament. People like the Treasury supervisor should not have managed to steal such amount of money without being detected.
The lady who was the Head of Internal audit was also very incompetent. Tickets prices should not have been sold at discounted prices under her watch. It amounts to professional negligence. There are so many issues which should have long been detected and corrected through simple internal audit.
I support Mikosz 100%.
