I'm also interested to hear about this. Been using KSL but I want to move. They have an online portal but poor implementation (password authentication issues and issues of processing payments after sale of shares) and very unresponsive. Any online inquiries on an issue (e-mail, Co-op twitter, etc) takes weeks to get a response even if you provide all identifying info for your account.

Is there a broker with stuff like online support tickets where you follow progress on the resolution of any issue you have? Or any that does online well that it minimizes reasons to have to visit them?

Dyer n Blair used to be good for online trading and settlement.

I still use SBG i Trader these days they have improved Mpesa deposits get credited to your account immediately, I have not tried withdrawal but last time I tried it takes a day or if you request before trading starts say at 8.45 AM you get your cash by 5 pm.
Dividends I don't know I am a speculator although in case I ever get a divided I filled in that I should get it through Stanbic. I still have my last KEN GEN divided cheque a whole 18 shillings, I have framed it for kicks
