They have upped the game they are evening making NOTES on their Tabs as CS read figures

They now know where the river is deep for more Fish

Blaa, blaa on games and youth...but city stadium never renovated to a modern stadium with digital entry gates and social facilities to encourage Kenyans hold their social and commercial events there.
Has there been a wedding or Govt event held at City Stadium?
It require refurbishment and secure it more.
Fix Restaurants and even build a hotel next to it.
This is where the rain started beating us and desert countries doing better than us

Police budget 9.2 B and I get mugged even in the city center. Ngaiii.
I want to see police escorts on roads with their visible police lights that can stop at an accident and protect the occupants of even a broken vehicle as well as warn others of danger by using the Blue/Red lights.

Police are also the most corrupt and I would ask the President to recognize 10 police officers who achieve what they pledge per every public Holiday.

The 9.2B is only for vehicles!!! Hiyo budget ni kubwa!!!

They 'forgot' to put a limit. So high volume transactions will really suffer; 10m = 5k. wow!!! Crazy leaders, but then again what do you except of Jubilee!!!
