So you are saying shirt pulling is legitimate tactic and referee should never call a foul?

So far, Africans team have only shown their defending skills and they have done so dismally. The European teams are just there. Nothing entertain with the exception of Portugal and Spain.....in contrast Central and Southern American teams have shown some exciting football even when losing.
