Aiya and Orengo is at it again.....so even in KICC they lost squarely only to start making complains like nursery skul kids. ODM learn to lose with dignity dudes

This is a surprise!Everyone thought Magara or the ODM guy would win.South Mugirango has ignored the noise of the big names in politics

Couldn't wait to see Magara out. Good riddance.

Btw, why did the media give this Ford People candidate a blackout? Sometimes village politics and not national politics do matter!

Thanks people of Nyamarambe

Congratulations to you Nyamweya.
This shows politics of PNU and ODM has been thrown to the dustbin. This is the way to go come 2012.Let's vote for individuals and not parties.

He was the petitioner who made Magara loose his seat claiming foul. ODM and PNU are only good at rigging. One of them is smarter than the other. This two ought to change

I guess this begs the question of what constituents expect of their elected representative to the august house.

We have observed MPs contribute at the national and some even at the international stage only to be bundled out at the constituency level.

Is there a mechanism where we can separate the executive and the legislature so that an MP's focus is geared more towards the constituency with the added role of checking the executive?

Nyachae might have lost his seat but his influence down there is still great. The media underated the support Ford P still commands in the larger kissii area.

Conratulations to democracy, the people of S. Mugirango and to Nyamweya!!!!!

I think the greater 'loss' is to the PM. Even after endorsing his candidate in church the guy still lost. Signs of eroding power
