It's buy season and funds for shares are low because they are being used elsewhere

Where are big talkers like Mukiri who boast hapa daily of sipping champagne at Vipingo ridge. This is your chance to do some charity work.

Interest rate 0.5% per annum, payable back in lumpsum on Jan 1st 2019, unsecured.

You will NEVER regret this deal of a lifetime. Over to ya.

Buy shares in 2018 at your own peril.

No one here in wazua believes that a major global crash will happen in 2018, but many people think that we are due for one soon.

I seriously wish I had 10m loose change to buy into the NSE right now. Bargains galore. Crash in USA and Europa perhaps but not in Asia and her new bestie Africa, baba. Chinaman has delivered us my friend, and will continue to as our interests are aligned for the foreseeable future!

Not a typo. Mukiri can afford. I always see him strutting into Caramel with a harem of slay queens, footing 300k "pocket change" on meals and drinks once the dust has settled, before escaping to his sprawling Muthaiga manse to sample the juicy young ladies moja bin moja.

@DP, this guy talks about the US markets. DO the same exact principles and conditions apply to our local bourse?

But I am glad that most of my portfolio is outside stocks

Sure, but not for long. As you know very well, stock markets do not stay out of sync with the economy for long. Kenia red hot. Just saw GDP figure estimates for H1 at a respectable 4.4% growth with KRA revs up a whopping 9.6% in a depressed business environment during the political season last year! And Oil is getting on tap pole pole. Stocks might tank some more but the bottom surely cannot be far.

Not going to tell you all as you will go and buy and ruin the price for me! Still waiting for some to fall a bit more. Will only tell you of ICDC since it is very heavily traded and chances of an individual moving it are slim :) But bargains are there galore.
