KRA vs KEBS... Who has more 'Clout'?

KRA uses safety belts, which normally indicate the year of manufacture, while Kebs uses the first year of registration to determine the age of a car.

“A vehicle that was manufactured in 2002 may be registered a year later. So, when one agency relies on belts and the other on the year of the first registration confusion is bound to arise and lead to further delay (in inspection),”

@JKMwatha, for this war seems KRA will win. Reason their argument is logical and based on their method, if your Ok with KRA you can't run afoul with KEBS.

Over the years, I've also observed that KRA seem to give more stress to even legit companies as compared to KEBS who (perhaps with exception of warning shot to Nakumatt years back) seem to give only crooks problems.
