The fate of the plane determines the fate of passengers - if the plane had not been seen... how would they know about the fate of passengers?

Pole pole baba.........I am responsible for what I write not How you Interpret it.

The message from KCAA was missing an important detail(not very professional), the number of passengers crew included. That is what i was inferring to not their state

In other news.

A banana Republic indeed. Mobilize the army with all their toys. Someone could have survived the accident but die of pain, injuries, hunger, waiting, or even be eaten by wild animals

When you fly into a mountain at about 300kph, you can't survive. From the video it seems like the plane would have gone over the mountain if it was 50m higher in altitude. Problem is that it could have been flying through clouds and thus couldn't see terrain ahead. Though arent aircraft supposed to have instruments that warn about terrain ahead?

May they Rest In Peace.

The rescue mission was unacceptably slow. Even if there were survivors, they couldn't have lasted the 40 hours of pain and numbing cold.

@hardwood, I thought the pilot should have automatically known the correct altitude she should have been at? Is the navigation in this plane model manual? (I'm not implying anything, just ignorant in these matter).

How were they to spot the plane from the air while the peaks were covered by clouds?
