The DPP has been speaking heavy english and using big words....in swahili, this characteristic is known as "Kizungu mingi". From experience,People who are fond of Kizungu mingi are usually overated and achieve less. However, with the speed the DPP has moved with these cases, there is a glimmer of hope that perhaps ....yes perhaps, these poorly educated thieves will be punished. As @Much Know has intimated,Anything short of the 10years Jail-term for the mali ya umma plunderers and thieves is ujinga mutupu and an insult to our(kenyan) collective intelligence. The high septon a.k.a the high sparrow a.k.a mtumishi wa Mungu Maraga and his gang of wakoras should live to his promise of opening a 24 hour court to deal with corruption. If not he should step down and hand over to Justice Mativo or Justice Odunga(all the rest are immoral wakoras who receive bribes). Kwa hiyo kizungu mingi, ni hayo tu kwa sasa Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money

There's no way all these people could have participated in this. Where are the real people behind this, where are the politicians? BBI will solve it :)

I really like the way Noordin is handling it thus far. I hope and pray he nails the thieves, have them jailed and all their properties confiscated. I hope Maraga and his Wakora network moves with speed, day and night.
While at it, could it be CBK slept on the job?...of course a couple of banks were involved. Let's see a license or two cancelled. Without blood in the streets, this government will not know peace.

Those who said they landed monies without supplying anything are already in. @2012, this is just phase one. Confessions will unearth more, stay tuned. I would fund all tv stations to air the world cup for free. BBI will solve it :)

If we are to succeed we must bring Chinese to be judges in this cases, if our most famous drug pushers who enjoy attending court cases here once in a while can only be arrested by Americans, Chicken-gate scandal, Angloleasing only UK courts has acted and jailed people, same with KPLC, the Kenyan courts have nothing. If you are persistent, the courts will speak latin for 20 years and then acquit. Until Kenyans see our Justice system is a total failure, makelele tu, world cup ikuje. A New Kenya

Initially the PS in charge of NYS was reported as being Ms Lilian Omollo or Ms Omollo. Reminds me of the time wetangula was beaten by his wife. The wife's name as reported in the media evolved from Mrs Ann Wetangula, then to Ann Waceke Ngugi Wetangula and finally to Ann Waceke, Ms Waceke and Ms Ngugi. So, is it false reporting? Is she an Omollo or a Mbogo? Relax Mbogo is also a Luo name It seems some of 'these people' are rather thin skinned. She has evolved further to Lillian Wanja Muthoni Nyambura. I have never seen anyone with so many names. The media doesnt want to leave even an iota of doubt about her identity or rather where she comes from.
