Oigara (KCB) 240mn [A lot of the business comes from its favored status with GoK]
Manjang (SCBK) 104mn
Awori (BBK) 89mn + lot of shares
Mutua (Eveready) 16mn [For what's essentially a loss making firm but for the sale of properties]
Githogo (CIC) 73mn
Ohana (KK) 150mn + Options worth 1bn+ over 6 years
Ireri (HF) 64mn [50% of the PAT]
Tarus (KPLC) 13.2mn
Ole Nkeri (EAPCC) 14mn
Mugo (KenGen) 26mn

Not really free but its 'hidden' under expenses payable to parent company. What formula do they use in determing franchise fees?

Most likely hidden under transfer pricing to reduce tax liability for the group
