Word on the ground has it that Portland has disposed off about 13,000 acres @ Athi River (opposite Green Park Estate ) to NSSF to come up with a housing estate. Anyone with more information/contacts who can clarify this and possible value of the deal?

I think there are people who have been sold land there(by I don't know who) and built and settled...?
