Since i am not a delegate i am in the dark on the declared dividend but its a fact that they must hold an AGM before the end of April unless they get an extension from the ministry officials. Interest from borrowings, possibly to fund construction works. If you compare Safaricom Investments Coop vs Stima, you will see the difference in leadership and returns, not blaming the election etc.
