The Worst Region of Africa

We have 5 large regions in Africa North - Akina Morocco to Egypt West - Senegal to Cameroon. Central - CAR, Congos and Rwanda/Burundi East - Somalia to Uganda South - Zambia to SA. Hebu tell me - As an aggregate, I think it's East Africa Followed by Central Africa. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

What does it mean to say x is worse than y?
Is it a matter of choosing utility or action, or is it a matter of indifferent observation such that the 'goodness'is out there apart from human affairs?
I'd say the question is so out of place if we're comparing states. But if we are talking about our biases then yeah, it makes lots of sense.

Let's get technical. Central Africa is Quote: Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda,
Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, and São Tomé and Príncipe.
East Africa is Quote:Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan + Horn of Africa (Ethiopia, Eriteria, Djibuti and Somalia) + those tu small islands South Africa Quote:Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland (eSwatini ), Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Quote: Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia, as well as Libya, Egypt and Sudan. West Africa the rest now take it again... my opinion is that we have the worst neighborhood in that - 1) it's generally dry and prone to drought 2) very few mineral deposits 3) a couple of tin pot dictators and police states 4) and Somalia All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
