The problem with Telkom is that they sell what they cannot offer, am stuck with over 4GB data that I cannot use because of packet loss in their network.

why don't they work on the quality of services with same vigor as they do in marketing.

On-net calls are calls made from Telkom to Telkom.. here you can make these kinds of calls for as long as you want until the end of subscription

Off-net Calls are calls made from Telkom to other mobile operators (Safaricom, Airtel and Faiba).. here you're given 800 minutes to these kinds of calls
