Been hearing this stuff lot of late especially in sarcastic contexts and I don't know what it means, naeza kuwa natukanwa ama?

This is for wazungus only. As we all know they even die because of a single bee sting. one of them should contract the one from goma (north of lake kivu) that story could be diffrent Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...
