Dear esteemed customer,
We are experiencing delays in prepaid token generation. You can buy tokens from our banking halls countrywide. Please bear with us as we resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Most likely upgrading the software for prepaid to exagerrate the cost of the units by altering formulas I suffered in this screw up, took them over 24 hours to send me my token and when I got it, I got 7% less units that I usually get every month. Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

In the previous month, the average price was Kshs 13 per unit but as it is, we could be paying as high as Kshs 23 a unit now. what informs the price change and why can't we have standard fixed price per period just the way we do with fuels?

Or plunder has caused serious liquidity problems yet they have to pay power providers as per contract. Then Only way is you and me to finance the mess or they wind up

Have anybody asked who this third party vendor, Vendit of business number 501200 is... There is a rumour circulating around and if it is true then we are deliberately being screwed...just like in mid 90s someone empties the HEP dams to pave way for IPPs to set in...Big money, is it not?

I sent 4 equal amounts three days ago and only got tokens for one a day later. What does an aggrieved party do in such instances?

We regret any inconvenience that may be caused. Kenya Power has the crappiest most frequently maintained IT system...like what is it that they improve in all the numerous maintenance?. It is not like they keep changing engine oil after every x hours of running.
