How much does it cost to die?

Let us say I wanted to die an expensive death. How much would it cost me to:

Charter a plane to UK, South Africa or USA.

2-3 months stay at the best hospital receiving the most expensive medicines and being operated by the best doctors.

Die.

Fly back my remains for burial. I don't know whether I need to charter a plane for this or just send it back as cargo.
