NOTICE OF RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
Following the recently concluded restructuring of the NIC Group and in accordance with the Capital Markets Authority Code of Corporate Governance Practices for Issuers of Securities to the Public and the Central Bank of Kenya Prudential Guidelines on Corporate Governance, the Board of Directors of NIC Group PLC (the Company) hereby announces the resignation of the following Directors:
1. Mr. Fredrick M. Mbiru
2. Mr. Francis N. Mwanzia
3. Ms. Isabela Ochola-Wilson
4. Mr. Kairo Thuo
5. Mr. Alan J. Dodd
The Directors will continue to serve the Group on the Board of the Company's subsidiary, NIC Bank Kenya PLC.
The Board of Directors of the Company is please to announce the appointment of Mr. Philip Lopokoiyit, Jonathan Somen as Independent Non-Executive Directors and Mr. David Abwoga as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from March 21, 2018 Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
