I Think the ministry of ICT is the one tasked with maintaining the goverment's presence online.Well......i have news for them .THIS is how a goverment website should look like not this pile of garbage or crap.and if they need to see how the gov.uk website has been/is being developed they could always follow them on GITHUB.they do post the source code that runs the various parts of the website.
