“Raila Odinga as an institution, is a no-go zone for him to spew vitriol. He and Raila don't play in the same league. As far as we're concerned, the moment he starts showing open disrespect for Raila, he crosses the red line,” Mr Wandayi told the Nation. Quote:He faulted the lawyer over his claims of swearing in Mr Odinga saying: “Even his attire did not resemble those worn by judicial officers administering oaths.
“We are not going to spare him. If he continues to undermine Raila Odinga we shall not spare him and shall support his deportation. He has touched a live wire,” the legislator said.
Dr Ochanda and Mr Alila accused Dr Miguna of being reckless.
“He is generally a reckless person. Raila would not even have gone to the airport to see him if he never supported him,” said Dr Ochanda.
He faulted Dr Miguna for refusing to give his passport to the immigration officials.
“That is the requirement. You must give your travel documents. Of course he was worried that his passport could be confiscated but we could have fought a different war rather than refusing to give it to officials,” Dr Ochanda said.

URGENT!
The UAE Police were trying to break into my room from an adjacent room earlier in the day.
They have refused to allow all incoming and outgoing calls to my room.
I’m in grave danger. They wanted me to speak to the press and say how good they are but I declined. I said that I would only do so if they take me for toxicology tests and for medical treatment. They were saying that Air Emirates generates so much money for them that they cannot afford its reputation to be ruined.
They must be planning to harm me. Please publicize. Act. Demand that the Canadian Consular officials and the media be allowed to see me immediately!!
I have told the receptionist that I want to leave right now because this is a hotel not a prison. He says that he has no authority to do that. I told him that I am checking out!

MEDIA ALERT
I’m not being allowed to call the Canadian Consulate. They were supposed to bring me a doctor but the UAE authorities have refused to give them access to me and I am being denied access to them.
I am scheduled to fly out tomorrow but now it seems like the Kenyan authorities have conspired to keep me here as a prisoner.
I would like the world to know my situation. This is intolerable.
These people can murder me and nobody would know what happened to me.
I’m at the Dubai International Hotel, room 2230!

I fear Miguna might be breaking down. If there are genuine NRM people out there please help this guy. They should fly his wife and daughters to Dubai to convince him to calm down and go home. Retreat for now and live to fight another day, General.
