If you listen to the political talk after the handshake I get the feeling there is going to be a change of constitution before the next election that will allow for the creation of a position of Prime Minister.

Prepare for a referendum in 2019 or 2020.

it depends on what that 'PM' position will hold. When Kassait (a KANU MP) took time to draft a new bill to introduce the PM's position - I wondered... what in the hell did he just do? if he is alone he is rather foolish... if he is not... he is rather clever!

It would make sense for URP to support this change of 2010 Kanstitushon...picture this: baba supports Machozi to ascend to Presidency and...not baba but Rosemary Odinga ascends to PM position. It would be a win-win for Machozi and baba coz their interests would be taken care of.
