It's like you can't write this stuff up. They go ahead and rough up Orengo and co at JKIA. Guess who's going to be mentioned INDIVIDUALLY tommorow for going against court orders? Some corporal who can't afford a lawyer.
You know you can't make this stuff up.
They should have been arrested for trespass/breach of security. The airport has restricted areas and sio pahali ya kutangatanga kama choo ya kanjo.

If only the govt had listened to the AG, and acted as per the law we would not be having all this upus...... https://www.the-star.co....f-raila-odinga_c1681595
Quote:As Opposition leader Raila Odinga prepares for his swearing-in, Attorney General Githu Muigai has warned that treason is punishable by death.
“The criminal law of the Republic of Kenya, in Article 40 of the penal code provides or stipulates that that sort of process, is high treason,” he noted.
Treason, concealment of treason and subversion charges were used to detain and imprison numerous critics of the Moi regime. The adoption of the 2010 constitution did not lead to a repeal or amendment of these laws.
Subsequent to the 1982 coup, 12 plotters - including armaments technician Corporal Bramwel Njereman, Corporal Walter Ojode, Hezekiah Ochuka and Pancras Otenyo - were convicted of treason and sentenced to death.
The men were executed on the night of July 10, 1985 at Kamiti Maximum Security Prison.
At the end of the putsch, a total of 12 people had been sentenced to death and more than 900 jailed.
Raila wants to be inaugurated through the People's Assembly.

Handcuff, chain and sedate him and put him on the next flight. Good move though a bit late. But as they say better late than never.

Reliable sources indicate that Miguna has made himself comfortable on seat 45J. He is on board Emirates Flight EK 722. Off to Dubai. Handcuffed. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.
