There you go, the judge just showed his true color, he can never be objective on the matter.

The state cannot execute a court order on a person who is "not in Kenya in their Jurisdiction".

If Miguna doesnt comply by immigration rules tomorrow, he's going to be in for a very long time.

They can appeal their sentencing.

What sentencing? What police station, cell, or hole is Miguna held and by who? Miguna just locked himself in the toilet at JKIA, only he can set himself free

Murchr, maybe a lawyer can explain to you what being sentenced means to a person.

Whether they go to court kesho or not, they will have been found guilty of a crime.

Whether Miguna is shipped tonight in Emirates, these three shall have been found guilty of a crime.

Whether they are arrested or not, they shall have been found guilty of a crime. Only time can help them. Once the time period expires they shall pay for this crime.

Maybe a lawyer can explain that better to you.

Meanwhile, Miguna will be in Canada and have the legal basis to sue not only the country for his illegal detention but also these people individually.

My fren siku za kanu miaka mia moja karibu kuisha.

We will all be watching to see the police arrest the inspector of police, the CS Interior Laughing out loudly Alma I know you cant be that damn

Murchr, the problem of being a sycophant is that you only think in 2D.

I am 100% sure that none of them shall be arrested. At least not tomorrow. In fact, Odunga may be impeached by the jubilee mp's kesho.

But ask guys like Mugabe, Zuma, Samuel Doe etc. Time in power is fleeting. It ends very quickly. Just like Masukuma, I shall bring up this topic when that time comes.

Reality dawns ha!

No Murchr, unlike you guys who think that the world was created for Jubilee sycophants we are very aware of the monster around us.

But have no fear my fren, time is a very interesting animal.

The only bright people I see in this whole mess are Uhuru and Ruto. Their hands are nowhere to be seen. When they were told to go to the Hague, they went without fear. They honored each and every single court order.

They got out and shall forever be free.

Those others are even scared of a tiny Judge like Odunga. Unfortunately for them, their careers are only 4 years and nothing more. That's it.

Since they won't show up for their sentencing and will also not be arrested, they can't even be elected MCA's. Shame really. Shame. All because of Miguna.

Why is it so hard for you to understand that Miguna is not in Kenya?

He locked himself in a toilet located in a "No man's land" Ala! if he presents himself to Kenya then he will be presented in court, otherwise currently the man is enjoying duty free burgers and drinks at an international point/port of entry

Murchr, I don't know why you want to litigate with me. I'm a mere tout in South C. I have no idea what international port of entry is.

Those things you should have said in court.

In short, that horse bolted. Long ago.

For now, I'm sure someone is looking for people to replace these three in 2022. After all, they are now unemployable.

Odunga said he will not listen to submissions with if those he wanted in court are not there. So, lets follow each other's tail.

Seriously Murchr, you sound like a convict who's already being convicted.

Those issues are now useless in law.

But the Kenyan law is a good one. You can appeal with all those suggestions and logical conclusions. I am very sure that another court will listen to someone who has refused to even appear for sentencing.

You don't get it do you? The clock is ticking towards Zero. Whether you like Odunga or not. Whether you think he's an ass or not. It doesn't matter anymore.

You had a chance but you decided to go into a pissing contest with Miguna. He's still a Canadian you know and enjoying each and every second of his illegal incarceration. The longer he stays in there, the more popular he becomes.

Aii..

If the govt had acted properly we would not be having all this nonsense. By acting properly, I mean the majority of the nasa swearing in gang would be in kamiti now facing treason charges, and the rest would be holed up at foreign embassies begging for asylum.....and a few would be floating huko athi river. That is how you deal with treason. Not by handshakes. You crush the dissidents to smithereens. No one should be allowed to joke around with national security. Hata the born-again mo1 had to hang a few after '82. That is how you maintain law and order. Now due to their inaction, govt should be be ready to deal with endless "migoona-odhunga like" shenanigans.

this. individual/personal responsibility removed from the state is what would bring this impunity to heel. imagine if damages is awarded against them when they are no longer in power or close to it. like, martha karua was once very powerful - good thing is she was never in contempt of the court.

Their problem is that they were probably getting legal advise from Wazua fake profiles.

So today, these fellas will be working to get paid. In the hope that they make money. Then one day very soon, Miguna or his children shall come to relieve them of that money.

You know the tragedy of this story is that they are probably getting legal advise from the same people who got them here in the first place. I personally would not listen to any legal advise from hardwood or murchr. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

How can a person commit a capital crime against the state and then state officers are the ones being threatened with jail. What kind of logic is this? This is like jailing a rape victim because she did not respect the rights of the rapist after the rape. The judiciary needs to do some serious soul searching.

Here go some other policemen. Now these are juniors and they still haven't read the court ruling.

It's like you can't write this stuff up. They go ahead and rough up Orengo and co at JKIA. Guess who's going to be mentioned INDIVIDUALLY tommorow for going against court orders? Some corporal who can't afford a lawyer.

You know you can't make this stuff up.
