Raila’s ally Siaya Senator James Orengo, whom he had instructed to handle the matter, had reached the end. Airport authorities wanted Miguna to produce the passport he had travelled on from London, but Miguna wanted to be admitted using his Kenyan ID card instead.
On the way to the airport, Raila spoke to Miguna and asked him to cooperate with Immigration and present his Canadian passport. But Miguna declined and told Raila that he had given his Canadian passport to someone else who had left with it for fear of the government confiscating it.
Sources say Raila spoke to top government officials who promised that Miguna would be allowed to enter the country using the Canadian passport, but Miguna refused to present it.
Just saw his lawyer on TV claiming that a police woman pick-pocketed MM and stole his Canadian passport. Why are these people lying? watching your tv from whatever and not being there, how do you know it was a lie? knowing our police, don't be too sure, unless you were there and saw it all.

Society allows them to, and that makes them think they can always get away with it. For someone who's posts are all over the internet, that is a very brave comment. Its the truth Maybe it is a tactic to enable the Canadians to give him another passport to allow him entry and save face.

When judges start making political statements then know that the justice system is messed up. It's no wonder that they are being ignored. #KortiBandia .

Miguna was right. He was going to start a revolution. He's officially kicked off the war between Judiciary and Executive. The 3 big men have been found in contempt of court and to appear for sentencing at 10 tomorrow. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

There you go, the judge just showed his true color, he can never be objective on the matter. The state cannot execute a court order on a person who is "not in Kenya in their Jurisdiction". If Miguna doesnt comply by immigration rules tomorrow, he's going to be in for a very long time. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. A court order is not a travel document. Odhunga should know this. Miguna must produce a valid travel document before he can leave the airport.

Whether they go to court kesho or not, they will have been found guilty of a crime. Whether Miguna is shipped tonight in Emirates, these three shall have been found guilty of a crime. Whether they are arrested or not, they shall have been found guilty of a crime. Only time can help them. Once the time period expires they shall pay for this crime. Maybe a lawyer can explain that better to you. Meanwhile, Miguna will be in Canada and have the legal basis to sue not only the country for his illegal detention but also these people individually. I am 100% sure that none of them shall be arrested. At least not tomorrow. In fact, Odunga may be impeached by the jubilee mp's kesho. But ask guys like Mugabe, Zuma, Samuel Doe etc. Time in power is fleeting. It ends very quickly. Just like Masukuma, I shall bring up this topic when that time comes. Thieves are not good people.
