Eish. I have never seen someone look for lies like that tweet. Do not underestimate the power of sycophancy.
Bwana Itumbi, a court order is a court order. I know of people who pretend that they did not see a court order and later they find God in tell the court how sick they were.
My frens, I have stated here that the jubilee fellas have no intention of ever following the law. They are a special breed of people who the law does not affect. Woe unto us when the URP wing of these people takes over. Ya Miguna itakuwa shadow. Mungu saidia sisi.
The law will be followed to the letter. Miguna will be released from police confinement and allowed to go and process his immigration issues. After he is allowed into Kenya he will be produced in court tmr, or he can choose to take himself to court. The law is the law and it must be followed by all, and laws do not work in isolation of other laws and therefore the court order doesn't in any way emasculate the immigration laws.
Bwana ama bii mini Itumbi
The Immigration department is under the rule of law of Kenyan courts. The order you wish us not to read includes the Interior Ministry and the Director of Immigration.
Now that you have agreed that the police would be holding Miguna illegally can you also think outside Itumbi's system ya facts and know that immigration officers have no choice but to release the Kenyan.
Why are you lying soooo loudly.
The court order, the third one, clearly includes the immigration department.
I find it hard to believe that tax payers are paying such low minds a salary. Anyway no biggie, 4 more years.
Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?
