I can now see how Baba got the nusu mkate government. Miguna is a tough negotiator. This is a man who is very useful when he is on your side. The only person who can match Miguna balls for balls is Martha Karua. If Matiang'i was Karua, Miguna would be in jail having been convicted of a few misdeameanor crimes.
It is very juvenile of Matiang'i to use force against Miguna. A proper government official would use the law which is more effective. Even standard 8 policemen on the street know this. Even the most law abiding citizen breaks one or 2 laws every day.

Yes, you can travel with your passport that is expired back to your country of origin. It has happened before and will continue happening. Yes, you can travel with your passport that is expired back to your country of origin. It has happened before and will continue happening. This idea of using terminologies really has to come to an end. I am telling you something that I have witnessed very many times. Not stories from Itumbi's wall. In light of the new Court orders of today (NB: I say this based on what has been posted here, trusting it to be legitimate), the authorities - Police&immigration officials MUST comply and present Miguna in Court tomorrow but under guard. Once there parties can argue their case on this particular issue - on how Miguna is to be let into the Country eventually. That is - does he have to fill the immigration papers to get a new passport or .... I suspect the Court will ask Miguna to comply. Then everyone will give a sigh of relief.
