No, the corect position is; - As at now the matter of his citizenship is contested, disputed by the Govt of Kenya. There are two views, his and Govt's. Only the courts can rule one way or the other. He needs to enter Kenya to carry out his business some of which is litigate over this matter. To enter Kenya he can; 1. Use his Canadian passport 2. Apply to get a Kenyan passport - and the process is laid down as told to him by the Immigration. So we trash the court orders? I am not persuaded that there are any Court orders that compel the Govt to issue him with a fresh passport. A very broad&liberal reading of what you posted up there might be misconstrued to mean so, but I have other 'ideas' The court didn't ask for for a new passport to be issued. The court orders suspended ID suspension of MM passport and ordered that he be issued with travel documents and his entry be facilitated- I wonder why I feel this is simple English to me. As to whether the travel docs is issuing a new passport, restating his passport or issuing travel papers is up to the Ke govt. You cannot have other court orders and other ideas while keeping them to yourself and expect us to believe you ChiefIf Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Total waste of time when Kenyans have bigger issues to deal with. Like fake honey. No airport can allow an international traveler to pass a point of entry without a passport. This is not a fish market. Miguna would have submitted his Canadian passport which is what he used to travel and ride direct to Nyayo hse for his kenyan passport. JKIA has just passed a test. In some youtube video one can see Miguna flash out an ID for Kenya @jgithige first issue is that Miguna is holding a Kenyan national ID illegally. Under the old constitution he was supposed to hand in all documents that identify him as Kenyan as soon as he acquired Canadian citizenship. Secondly the Kenyan national ID cannot be used as a travel document except within the EAC excluding Tanzania and Burundi. If he was clever he would have flown from Dubai to Uganda using his Canadian passport and enter Kenya from Uganda using is illegally held National ID. You cannot be admitted at the airport with an ID. Period! That's what MM attempted to do. He refused to produce his Canadian passport, refused to sign papers for his citizenship to be reinstated. How can he be helped. In my opinion, he is just looking for publicity. i.am.back!!!!
