When he left Canada, his passport was stamped, as he crossed the various airports (Dubai London etc) b4 he landed at JKIA. Infact, he would need to show the Kenyan immigration stamp when travelling using the same passport elsewhere. His mistrust of the immigration officers is not an excuse, if they confiscated it, then he would still be able to get another passport from the Canadian embassy. Sasa ndege haiendi. That said, he should be handcuffed and chained and put on the next flight to dubai. And accompanied by police officers as is standard for difficult removals/passengers. What would Canada, US etc do if someone refused to show his passport? Kenya is only following international immigration laws.

Any sensible person cannot fail to see the barbarity of this act.
