If Miguna is allowed to enter kenya without the passport he used while he began his journey, that could mark the end of the direct flight programme to USA slated for mid this year from jkia. It Will be a mark of our poor security and immigration systems.

He is being deported back to Dubai as an undocumented immigrant since he refused to follow immigration laws and procedures.

Let me guess what happened.
You delay a whole flight and create a stand off at jkia.
Security is beefed up,the media scattered.
Miguna is arrested and forced on flight.

This migunas arrival and departure like simon makonde's.
