This is useless . The Americans used to cry this way in the late 80s and 90s about the Japanese buying out everthing in USA from realsestate banks to movie studios . Now that is yesterday news. This is just a cycle that will quickly die with time. The wakanda people are quickly rising.

It is easy to just talk of this like part of a normal cycle but I argue that this is slightly different because of the size of China. China has 1.4 billion people compared to Japans 130 million. Because of the general rise in productivity because of technology an industrial China of 2018 is so much more productive and much wealthier than the industrial Japan of 1980 or 1990. Japan and Germany the rich industrial countries of the 70s and 80s were under US protection with US bases and are both democracies of the same kind as the US so to a large extent play by the same rules. China has a different political system and is in some extent self made.

The Chinese in my opinion will buy their way to world domination without firing a shot. Canada and Australia are both very large countries with small populations. Canada is just about the size of China but with a population of just about 36 million. Australia has a population of 24 million. In 50 years it is very possible to have those countries have a majority Chinese population or a significant minority. Australia right now is about 4% Chinese with some cities like Sidney being 10% Chinese.

Western countries made laws that were very generous and licentious for people with money. Of course these laws were made during the time when only white people had money. Money and its owners had no boundaries. Now and for the foreseeable future the people with money are Chinese and Indians and there are 2.7 billion of them!!!! People are more mobile now than they have ever been and the demographics of the world will continue to change in favor of those with economic power who also happen to have huge populations. I would not be surprised if in 100years the most populous people in Kenya will look like the Malagasy people of Madagascar with names like Zhang Wei Kamau and Rajesh Okoth.

Kenyans also complained of colonisation via pirate money. They were displaced from eastleigh, south c and other areas. Also makes me wonder who buys all those >70m houses in nairobi while 90% of kenyans make less than 100k per month.
