Anybody know the situation at Crystal Rivers mall and estate (The Safaricom Mall)? I am asking because that one was build right next to the river.

Why does grogon flood yet the River is just there and not onver flowing, how about a simple trench?
How come we also do not hear of floods in Machakos, Nyeri, kisumu or Nakuru towns and they have sorted their drainage issues.
Poor green park coming from frequent thurgery to floods now?

Note to future developers in Nairobi. If you want to sell any property in Nairobi do not name it anything rivers or waters or valley. Try Hills, mountains, highrise etc.
