politically, this meeting and press conference was good for raila and a setback for uhuru.

i'm not sure if it is naivety or trump pressure but uhuru has virtually revived agwambo's dwindling fortunes which were all but dead.

i wouldnt be surprised if this becomes the launch pad for a new wave of ODM/NASA protests a few weeks or months from now with odinga claiming uhuru has 'reneged on what they agreed on at harambee house'.

also, ruto's absence was a little curious.

Ruto is well involved, he briefed the press beforehand, seems like no hidden agendas from Raila, he looked and sounded very frank to me, Kenyans need to think hard!
