I was wondering whether anybody here could give a guide on the current Karen Land Sub division and Zoning Rules.
I have seen a document online, giving 0.2ha as the minimum for low residential dwelling, but the document from City Council of Nairobi (Meaning its a over 5yrs old) is not even dated. Would things have changed.
Question 2- For those who cannot rake in 60M per acre, to get a piece of the land, what is the next option of getting land there since you will rarely if ever get one being sold in lesser chunks than an acre.
