Very Sad...

Ms Riany said Brian, a promising young man aged 21 whose future was bright “had his life cruelly terminated by the killer driver who was driving against the flow of traffic in the busy road at 3.30am on January 30, 2016.

She said the engineering student was driving home when his car was rammed head-on by Wangila who was running away from police who were arresting drink and drive motorists.

Brian died on the spot and his vehicle was badly damaged

Fine Kshs. 350,000/-

The Court of Appeal has quashed extradition proceedings against former Finance Minister Chris Okemo and former Kenya Power boss Samuel Gichuru to New Jersey.

The Director of Public Prosecutions wanted the two sent New Jersey to face corruption and money laundering charges.

A court in the Channel Island issued a warrant for the duo’s arrest on April 20, 2011 and Kenya's High Court validated the extradition.

extradition sio mchezo. as a nation you don't want to send your citizens to be tried elsewhere. But Gok should try them here and punish them accordingly.
